In the incoming bag system, soiled goods in smaller bags go directly into rail storage from driver’s trucks. When needed for count or classification, these bags are drawn to the sorting stations. There, articles can be counted, inspected, and assembled into suitable slings for the specific washers in use. These loads are then fed into the Soiled Sling/Washer Load System.
A typical Ryco Soiled System is custom designed to fit your specific needs. Loaded slings are elevated and sent via gravity into a storage system. As needed, slings are “called out” and sent to load the respective washer. The loading can be done automatically from overhead Top Loaded Machines or manually loaded for Front Load and Side Loading Machines.
For sling systems on the clean side, Ryco offers TC/ American Monorail. This type of system would be used to store and transport large slings of washed goods to a drying or finishing area. Lift stations deliver the slings to a gravity fed holding area with connecting rail to serve tumblers, ironers or folding stations. Operators would then manually draw out the needed clean goods and deliver them to the required destination.
